This immersive project showcased with photorealistic detail and interactive elements, allowing potential buyers and investors to explore the property in an engaging and dynamic way.

By introducing Sumac as the first project under Real Vision, our cutting-edge real-time product powered by Arcware, we spotlight our innovative approach to immersive digital engagement. With Real Vision, we plan to revolutionize the user experience by enabling dynamic interaction with complex environments. Designed by our founder Thilo Kuther, it perfectly embodies the integration of architectural design with the most advanced real-time rendering technology, setting a new benchmark for interactive digital content.

Architects and digital twin experts based in Stockholm. Our clients receive a Building Experience to visualize buildings as if they were already built. The Sickla Skola project in Nacka Kommun, Sweden, will transform into a modern F-9 school with renovations to Buildings A, B, and D, and a new, larger Building C.

The Prim Bay virtual experience was built inside Unreal Engine in close collaboration with architects. Buildings were imported from the architectural planning software, the landscape was modeled based on geolocation, plants populated the landscape, and furniture was added to the apartments. The goal was to provide a VR experience to potential buyers that could run on a powerful laptop and be streamable to any screen. Scene optimization was crucial, and the experience was fine-tuned to run smoothly on a laptop with an Nvidia RTX 2070, ensuring the best possible frame rate. For the 3D streamed version, additional foliage and details were added due to the increased headroom regarding frame rates. The sales of the resort's embedded apartments are essential for financing. The interactive experience aims to sell the apartments before construction, allowing potential buyers to visualize the apartments and their interiors interactively. This visualization helps secure investments by providing confidence in the future look and feel of the apartments. Creating the project within Unreal Engine 4 enabled the generation of marketing content on the fly, with tailored photoshoots and videos of both interiors and exteriors in virtual 3D environments, enhancing the overall marketing strategy.

The Magnum App by Interpres, built with Unreal Engine, serves as a sales and marketing tool, offering potential buyers comprehensive project details while fostering an emotional connection with the residential complex. It’s used in sales offices, trade shows, developer conferences, and remote real estate viewings. This immersive app recreates the real-world development site, providing key information about future projects in one place. It’s a powerful tool for showcasing buildings before construction, helping attract early-stage investment.

NVERSA presents this stunning 5-bedroom villa (5,995 sqft) in Jumeirah Golf Estates, a high-class community in the heart of Dubai with over 1,800 luxury homes and two finest golf courses. The villa has been fully upgraded, comes with a private garden, pool and amazing barbecue area. Besides this interactive tour, NVERSA has created a 360° virtual tour, 3D renderings and a teaser video.
